Project: GoCo Active is a fitness centre and exercise program specialising in looking after your mental health with fun activities that turn exercise into a game rather than a chore. Gyms can be overwhelming and anxiety-inducing for some people, so GoCo Active offers classes that are both Classic and Quirky to make exercise less intimidating.
